I'd like to give the guy a chance for a superbowl, how about trade him to the Broncos for my man the U's very own D.J. Williams!! Lets shake it up Tuna!!:woot:

According to Schefter, Taylors not going anywhere.

unless Jason wants to leave and go to another team,i don't think he's going anywhere.

I've watched Schefter miss on a lot, now he could be off on this one, I feel Taylor does not owe us fans anything and if we could get younger and make the future look more brighter , why not trade #99. Both sides would be happy. I'd really hate to see him and zach end their careers with out going to a Superbowl, they both deserve it in a big way, I feel we could get something good for JT, he's healthy and can still play this game at pro bowl level, he just needs to be somewhere where the talent is better, we wore him out last year!

I would like him to stay and i think he will stay but i would really like to get him his super bowl ring but that probly wont happen

Wow for DJ Williams? Wasnt he like #2 in tackles this year? Why on earth would Denver take that trade?

I doubt JT gets moved though. He has neither reportedly sought, nor has been given, permission to seek a trade which seems to be the popular thing this year. Further, I think Ireland wants to keep SOME vet leadership on defense. And if no really good offers are coming in, we might be prepared to keep him for a few years and not have to plug yet another hole.
If we keep him may mean we are looking other than Chris Long on draft day.

Shefter has something called sources... his sources said that JT will not be moved... if JT is moved then it would be his sources that would be off... not him

JT is staying here

What's going nowhere is this team, which is why Taylor should be traded, so we gain value for him to aid our building for the future. Instead of letting him wallow here on a bad team until he cant play anymore, and gaining nothing for him.

as long as we don't make any huge FA $ moves for OLB's taylor should be here next year, that is unless he wants to go.

JT is no leader. That is no reason to keep him. He has been a self obsorbed stat king since he got his head pumped up after his first probowl. JT isn't a leader on the feild and if it wasn't for his charity he would be no where near one off the feild either. I would much rather get C. Long.

How about a deal with Jacksonville. A team perceived to be on the cusp, and that could use a pass rusher off the end. They could have used him against New England this year in the playoffs - they didn't seem to have much luck pressuring Brady.

The plus for JT would be he gets to go to a team making a push to win it all and can stay in Florida close to home....
