I think the question is when will he be ready? I say they will put him in within the last 5 games of the season. Its good to hear that he is improving.

im sure he may play a couple downs sometime soon he will probably get put in there when guys need a breather or we could put him in there during garbage time
 
Baring injuy I guarante he will play this year.
 
If he's practicing at times with the first team, then yes, I'd be very surprised if he didnt see any playing time.
 
I definitely think he will play and very soon. Why would you waste first team reps on someone who is not going to play. I believe that Saban was getting him in football shape, both physically and mentally.

When he came here he was a man-child. The body and abilities of a man, the mental and NFL readiness of a child. In the time that he has been in camp, he has grown up very fast (According to reports on him), so it will be very tough to believe that he will not get in some reps before the season is over, after all he is not just being allowed to work out with the 1st team for the heck of it, he has proven himself, and now it is time to start working on become a dominating player......something I am starting to believe more and more.
 
Manny............Fernandez? He retired a long time ago. I think he also played against Vinny Testaverde.

I agree, he did well in the preseason with his size and speed on passing downs. That's where I saw him make the most inroads in preseason.
