I'm a bit concerned going into next season with our running game. As we all know, Ronnie Brown is good but has trouble completing a healthy season. We haven't seen how he will perform after his latest injury, and as he gets older he will only regress and become even more injury prone. Ricky Williams will be done after next season, and although he was effective last year, it is painfully obvious he doesn't want to be "the man" should Ronnie go down again. I know he had productive games, but he was also equally ineffective at times. Going into his last season I'm wondering if he's going to want to go out with a bang or take it easy. I'm inclined to say the latter. That leaves us with Cobbs who is returning from and injury, Hilliard who's shown promise, and Kory Sheets who is relatively unknown. That being said, do you all think we'll draft a RB in the middle rounds or later? Any potential acquisitions?

We have Ronnie Brown, Ricky Williams, Patrick Cobbs, Lex Hilliard, and Kory Sheets.

I think we're set at RB because I think all these players are good. I think in 2011, Sheets will be our speedy guy and Hilliard our power back.

I'm just concerned that since we rely so heavily on our running game, it will wear down the 2nd half of the season. We need some capable wide receivers to take the load off the backfield

When Ronnie and Ricky leave they will definitely draft a RB or two. Parcells regards them as interchangeable. One goes out plug another in. He'll make sure we have a decent number of them.

We have a top 5 line in the league. I think our running game will be fine. Running back is the easiest position to fill in the league. Although its a nice luxury to have a top 10 running back in the league, it isn't needed to have a good rushing attack.

ronnie and rickey will be back im pretty sure cobbs will be back and hilliard is prob going to make the last cut i dont think well go with more than 4 rbswhich leaves out sheets. the only way i see us drafting a RB is because its the best pick avalible

I don't think we run the ball well at all out of the pro-style sets

CKP mentioned that we were sniffing around potential RT prospects, which makes me think that we want to be a real running team and not a fake running team

running well out of the WC doesn't do Henne a damn bit of good. I would like to see a killer running game so that our play action passes are dangerous

people would scream if we drafted a stud RT and moved Carey to G, but I wouldn't
