Will Poole Return this year??????

To my knowledge Will Poole is the PUP, (correct me if I'm wrong) I was just wondering if people think he is coming back this year and if he does who do you think gets cut.
 
I thought he was transfered to the IR right before the season started. I sure as heck hope he doesn't try to come back this year. He should take his time, rehab, and come back 100% next year.

I would love nothing more then to cut Howard, however with his high cap numbers (thanks Howie Long) I think it would hurt our cap if we cut him.
 
He might be able to come back late in the year...if he does Kiwaukee Thomas...he's the worst db we have-yes even worse than howard.
 
It all depends on Poole's health and the team's need for him to make a playoff push.

I'll break it down:

If Poole seems okay, the team looks like it might make the playoffs, and there is a need for another body at CB, he comes back.

If any of those factors doesn't go that way, he goes on the IR.
 
he's still on the PUP, yes.... but only in an extreme off chance will he be activated.... he's still expected to be transferred to IR some time this season... and, quite frankly, i'd rather they didn't rush him back...
 
While I don't want him rushed back, he would have nearly 8 months for rehab...that is the lower limits to the time needed for that injury, so it's still possible that he can return...remember this injury occurred in March...It's still somewhat wishful thinking, but is possible...
 
I wouldn't want him to come back too soon either and i'm sure they won't let him, unless it's considered "safe".

What about Shirdonya Mitchel btw? Isn't he supposed to be ready soon? not that think he can walk strait into the lineup.:)

I heard there was a chance he could come back. I like the fact that we didnt put him on the IR, I dont think he will be rushed back but if he heals fast enough he will get a chance to play. Get him in and used to the D. It would help us next year.
