The incompetence of this Coaching staff rared it's ugly head once again. In a game that meant so much for this franchise, they laid an egg. Why? because Joe Failbin does not know anything about offense like he duped the owner into thinking. He hires his English teacher who knows nothing either. He gets rid of 4 very productive players and replaced them with 3 inferior players, and makes no in-game adjustments. Now, you are all fools if you continue to believe this regime can EVER turn things around. They are simply not capable.
 
Can somebody.. Anybody now try to SENSIBLY justify brining back any of these clowns?
 
No not one bit, but give it a minute, the Ireland lovers will be here soon and the folks that think keeping the team together during the Martin saga is something to get all giddy about.

Only Clowns are Dolphins. Losing 2 weeks in a Row, to 2 Losing Teams. Punctuation mark at Home against the Jets! Oh how about getting swept by the Bills?

If rather see a thread where all the morons who predicted an easy win in the predictions thread state they were WRONG. You never see that on finheaven.

Some of us are too pissed to see anything but red at the moment. But, I'm happy you've been able to get over your disappointment quickly enough to start your "I told you so" thread.

The bad part of participating in this forum is if you see a problem with any area of the team... you must PROVE your opinion to these people before you can get any of the credit for identifying it... The worst part is you have to wait until the team loses to get your point across.. and then its like preaching to the chior

The current Dolphins coaching staff seems to be outcoached quite often. They do not seem to make good halftime or in-game adjustments. Also, agree that they do not appear to be playing to the teams strengths. They did get the ball to Clay as he began to emerge. They seem VERY predictable & look how many time our WR's got blown up on the WR screens. The big plays today were out of a traditional formation (not Pistol) using things like a DRAW.

I just don't see how the team could be WORSE by bringing in new GM & coaching staff. What we would go 8 - 8 or 7 - 9 & miss the playoffs again? Look how many close games they lost this year. The Defense that was supposed to be a STRENGTH, although they had some moments, was not the rock that most thought they would be. Was it TALENT, SCHEME or COACHING (or a combination) that was to blame?

Doesn't look like Ellerbee or Wheeler are good LB's. They do not attack the holes or shed blocks well. Admit it, everyone knew all the Bills/Jets had to do was run the ball & they would win. I was mostly shocked the past 3 weeks when teams stopped running against the Fins.

There has GOT to be some young, hungry, innovative GM's & coaches out there, not part of the copy-cat NFL fraternity that could breathe new life into the Dolphins franchise.

Don't forget that his English teacher hired his inexperienced son-in-law to be the O-line coach. What a shocker it was the biggest weakness on the team
