Williams Finds Balance

Just saw on NFL Network in an interview they did to him that he said he found his balance, that he doesn't need to smoke marijuana anymore because he smoked it to put the stress apart him and now that he have found his spiritual balance with the yoga and those kind of things, he doesn't need it anymore...

BTW NFL Total Access on NFL Network is just right now and that program is being repeated, don;t know in the U.S., because I live in Mexico, but check it..., they are going to talk also about the Dolphins in general...

Hes seems like a very complex person.

Truthfully, if he cant come back and play football without smoking marijuanna then I would have to say good luck to him.

If he can come back and play without drugs then I am looking forward to seeing him in '07.

ironic comment given your avatar, pasker. but i'm sure we can agree that the dolphins will be a far stronger proposition with a focussed williams on board.

It's just all the more reason Ricky should be traded to Oakland. His best chance is to stay close to the Ashram.

I think if we all chant and humm and focus our thought energy a 3rd round draft pick could be received for Ricky from the Raiders.

OK everyone.......ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

OK how about a fourth?

Its just so many things to consider when trying to trade Ricky. He is one violation from a life time ban . . . I don't think teams are willing to risk a high pick on Ricky (first 4 rounds). Also he doesn't make anything to be honest w/ u. Do we really wanna trade a player who can be a top playmaker in this league as well as a FANTASTIC backup for Ronnie Brown for a 3rd or 4th rounder? Honestly I would much rather keep Ricky . . . he is our problem.

I caught that interview Davis did with Ricky. I have to say that is the most 'normal' I've ever seen Ricky act. Perhaps he has finally got things straightened out in his life.

Today I'm too worried about our O-line and QB situation that even getting a college star like Brady Quinn can't relax me. Unless an experienced QB like Trend Green is traded here, or we saw a real improvement in our o-line, there's no other safe way than assuming another Wanny-style of only running offense.
I know Cam hasn't expressed it (and maybe won't) but Ricky is his mayor plan B. Even his idea is to balance the offense, having one of the weakest lines and nothing in the passing, the only change that he'll get from our actual roster (assuming Ricky gets reinstalled), is to transform that old Wanny Run-Ricky-Run into the Sabanesque two-headed beast tandem, so Ricky can't be pointed as a Ronnie's backup, Ricky will be the other big piece in this offense.
Trading Ricky for less than 2 middle round picks (a 4th and 5th in example) would mean losing most chances on the coming season.

Absolutely totally agree..

Ricky's skills + Minimum wage = Dolphins luxury.

Not only that why get rid of the best and most talented player on the offense.

The Dolphins are not going to trade Ricky, for a 4th or a 3rd. Why? because of what we have to pay him but most important if he still can play like he use to which i think he can then we will have an awsome backfield. I believe one of the best backfield in the NFL. I like Ronnie but i think he plays better with Ricky on the team. Maybe Ricky pushes Ronnie, Maybe Ricky shows Ronnie what to do and what not too do as far as running and cutting. I don't know but when Ronnie doesn't have to shoulder the total burden of the running game I believe he plays better. I don't believe that Ronnie will ever be the runner that Ricky was in his hey-day. I hope i am wrong. Just my opinion

Someone posted rickey and ronnie's stats their first 2 years in the league and they were oddly similar, ricky had more TDs but ronnie had more plays broken for 20+ and had less carrys.
