Williams to apply for reinstatement on July 23

Ricky Williams is set to apply for reinstatement on or around July 23. Heres the scoop:

Wouldn't make sense for him to go through all the trouble of moving back, entering the Drug Program not to apply for reinstatement. So this was kinda a given. But it is good to hear it from his agent's mouth. Steinberg says July 23rd, but I think the NFL is set for July 24th(they are letting him come back a few days early so he can go to camp on time).
