Even though I massively disagree with a lot Jeff Ireland did 2013, I think he should stay as I do not believe this team has to be overhauled. IMO 3 things need to be done for a legitimate shot at winning it all.

The players he has available, our defense should have performed at a much higher standard. When you look at our D, we have the personnel more suited to a 3-4. If one of Rex Ryan and Wade Phillips are available, we immediately become a top 5 D.
improve the O'line
First round will be loaded with excellent OT's. I would even double up on OT and OG during the draft. Forget about quick FA options, let's build a line for the long term.
Draft an every down back
I like Lamar miller but not as a feature back. Again I would double up at RB and create a competitive environment, letting the best man win.
If we get a top D, improve the O'line and running game, which isn't far fetched we are no doubt serious players next year!
