Marino is in my hometown this today for a charity event called Aces & Aces it's a golf tourney followed by a texas hold'em tourney held at one of the loacal casino's. I am heading down there to see if I could get close enough to get my authentic helmet signed. Wish me luck!!!!!!!!:dolphins:

Good luck!!! I here he's coming to my town for something similar. can't wait to see him.
 
he probally wont sign an authentic helmet
he doesnt like signing stuff that will be worth money.
he doesnt mind trading cards or pictures.

The best thing i have signed is a picture of me and him and he gladly signed it for me.
 
Thank you for all your good luck wishes.............I met him, and got the autograph. He wasn't very talkitive. He just signed, shook my hand and moved on. Now I have the best friggen piece of Dolphin memoribilia ever.
I'm so pumped.

I can't believe how skinny he is.

The funny part was when Jim McMahon showed up and the security guard working the velvet rope asked him for his i.d. (pass). He didn't have it and the security guard didn't know who he was, so he wouldn't let him in. Marino didn't have his pass either but he let him right through.

I knew the security guard that led to the gaming floor (just luck, I actually had no idea he worked at the casino) but he let me through security with the helmet. Normally it wouldn't be allowed because it could be used as a weapon. He told me to keep in the bag until I actually see Marino.

All the pieces fell into place.........did I mention I'm pumped.
I thought I was ready for the season before........ but now...............SUPERBOWL BABY!!!!!!!!:D :D :D :D

I don't have a digital camera but I do have a camera phone. If I can post a pic with that and you can lead me through it. I would love to show it off.
