Isnt it a four game suspension? Im not sure if they go by weeks.

If I'm not mistaking, the bye week would count.

AFAIK it doesn't cause I think and I am vague on this but Byron Chamberlain was suspended first 4 games and MN had a bye in the week 4 a couple years ago and he was not able to come back until week 6, though it is a vague memory and could be completely off base.
