With Stills and Branch signed who gets cut?
We put some money out there on two of our own.Good to see both of these guys remain here in Miami.However we will need to clear some cap space now.
So who gets cut???

No need to cut anybody right now. Plus we don't know how the contracts were structured. Still plenty of cap.

Saw reports of us still having around 30 million in Cap with these signings that's without cutting Dion Jordan & Misi.

We had $39 - $41 million in cap space before the Branch signing. We don't need to cut anyone.

We don't need to cut anyone. With roughly $30M, we can still grab a LB and 1 or 2 OG and have had a great offseason. Now, if we want to lock up Landry and Jones, we may have a problem.

Speaking about cut....why is Dion Jordan still on the team? Does Gase see something in this guy that we don't?

I am starting to wonder if we are going to re-sign Sims. We still need a guard or two, a LB or two, at least one DT, and possibly a FS. If we RFA tender either Thomas or Damien Williams that's another $1.8 mil per. And we are looking to extend Jones, Landry, and extend or tender Alonso. All with about $18-20 mil to work with in 2017 accounting for the draft class and the space we will carry into the season now that Stills and Branch have been re-signed.

Speaking about cut....why is Dion Jordan still on the team? Does Gase see something in this guy that we don't?

I believe Dion has a roster bonus of 2.53 million due on the 5th day of the league year. He also has a 5th year option due.

Of course with his multiple suspensions, who in the hell knows what has been void and what hasn't. Either way I'm expecting we here some news on Dion relatively soon.

I wouldn't be shocked if Miami gambled on in him 2017 and paid the roster bonus . . . however there is no chance they take that 5th year option on with his propensity of getting injured.
