Some of them may be cut before training camp actually begins. Also, we can now have the killer rotation we had in the past. T. Bowens and Chester are question marks for this season after their injuries. Let's not be so quick to judge Saban.

Carter is gonna be a DT for us. That leaves JT, Holliday, Bowens, and now Roth at DE that will make it past preseason cuts. I think the Holliday, Bowens, and Roth battle for the starting spot opposite JT could be a good one.

Here is the thing, we lost Jay Williams and Bryan Robinson. We replaced them with Kevin Carter and Vonnie Holliday. There has been talk for awhile that we will trade and cut Jeff Zgonina, so by drafting Roth, we replace the 3 players we lost.

Stop complaining people, this was a very good value pick.
