Because gase likes him, don't you see that he gets rid of players that buck the system and we overpay and retain guys that go along with the system.
 
Gase wants players that "respect him".
Trade for school boys and everything will be to his liking.
 
He sure did. Purged the team of very talented players. This looks like Deja Vu, but because Gase took us to the playoffs, he gets a pass from most.
 
This reminds me so much of Philbin... Ugh. I hate these "culture" purges. Hardly ever works out. Ask Chip Kelly. All we end up doing is purging our roster of the good players and replacing them with crap.

I agree. Pouncey must know how to kiss management's ass because he doesn't seem like a good guy. Bullygate and the free Aaron Hernandez hat really doesn't show well. Then he wants everyone to give him credit for making it through 16 games. Well, plenty of crappy lineman make it through 16 games. How about doing some run blocking during a season and then we'll talk.

There are a lot of great guys out there but very few of them are great players too. The better the player, the bigger the ego.
 
When the coach has never actually played the game, this is the result.
I am tired if the mamby pamby coaches and staff.
Ross built this mess.
When does he become responsible?
