That's an interesting reason for not going to a team, seeing how the Packers are going to be a run-first team because of the talent at that position and the weather.

The source close to Taylor made certain to point out he was only "speculating" about Taylor's reluctance to embrace a trade between the Dolphins and Packers.

Speculation, we'll see.

The source believes Taylor would definitely consider playing beyond 2008 with the right team and the right situation.

If this does prove to be true, cause again it's just speculation, but If true how much more do we need to see before we realize how much JT is in it for JT only? Does Miami deserve less then anyone else when it comes to JT's effort?

Honestly, JT would be helping himself and the Dolphins if he were willing to play for more than one year. He would get us more in return and would probably get more calls from Championship-contending teams.

the only problem with that is if the trade partner wants him to sign or restructure, he could say no and block the trade, kinda like what Trent Green did when other teams were moderately interested in him.

Then he plays for us or retires. I always thought he was trying to find a team who had a chance to win? Either this source is the same guy who wrote the story and doesn't know anything more than we do or JT is going to over play his hand.
