Wondering.... How exactly is our draft room operating?

I see Grier and Flores on camera, but are they getting input from the rest of the staff? What is the hierarchy? Does Grier have the final say or complete control ? Are the new coaches like Chan Gailey contributing? Just curious how different this draft really is with no "war room".
