I'm sure if the guy who got punched by Reagan Mauia was on this site, he might describe his experience of getting knocked out by our Miami Dolphins fullback...
I think someone once wrote about Jim Kelly of the Jills being a jerk at some fundraiser. Some athletes are great and can deal with the public scrutiny well....but there are others can be ego-maniac jerks. Wondering what kinda experiences some people on here, especially in the South Florida area have had?....

I ran right into D. Mutumbo's package one time when I was late for class (this was when he was a Sixer). I sprinted around the corner of 16th & Samson, and BAM!!!!!! Right into the goods. He told me to "watch it little man" Worst experience ever!

jay fiedler was drunk and gave my wife and i a bottle of crystal, at mortons steakhouse in orlando (true story, it was when he played with the bucs), he wasnt a jerk though

Okay....seriously??? How did this opportunity arise?

/and I'm NOT joking. I didn't do it. He was laying head first in a urinal in the bathroom of Sloppy Joes beachplace, ft. laud, fl. My friend was picking on him. I assisted him out of the urinal, and helped him to his feet. he was 3 sheets. when I axed him where his friends were, he just looked at me like an idiot.

I gave Mike Piazza a foot massage and ended up with a Lemon Marange Pie......if you know what I mean. Thanks for this thread!

Worst for me was Thurman Thomas. I was at the opening of the ESPN Club at Disney World about 10 years ago or so, and he was an absolute jerk. All the other athletes/celebrities were signing autographs and talking to people on the red carpet. Thurman just blew by everyone and didn't even acknowledge anyone. Really pathetic for a guy some people looked up to not even bother with the fans.

- i met marino at the daytona 500 the year he wove the green flag and i had on a fins jersey and a fins hat and he wouldnt sign give me his autograph, that made me mad.
- i met marhall at the golf course one day he was very nice signed a football for me and a gofl ball

-i waited inline to get madden with ernie conwell dre bly and a few others, they were all very nice people.
-kurt warner would sign autographs til no one was left in line, also tips very well.
-eddie kennison, isaac bruce, orlando pace, archuleta, pisa, and the whole OLINE for the rams in the late 90s early 2000 were all nice.
