Would you do this trade??

I was listening to Miami station WINZ this afternoon and they were asking whether you would do this trade:

Philbin and Tannehill for Harbaugh and Kaepernick.

I think the Phins would have to throw in a little something. And don't shoot the messenger...I just heard this on the radio. :d-day:
