I'm not a big fan. However,It would give a few more teams a chance at the playoffs.

Nope. I hate the NBA and its ridiculously long playoff system.

The NBA could learn a thing or two from the NCAA. They should have a tournament, one loss and your out.

I absolutely love the nba and their playoff structure. But that's just because I love the sport. I played all through highschool and now my son is playing in college.

I love the big tourney set up but the NBA is much different with much better talent. I think both work. Just my opinion. Not arguing as I respect your opinion, just saying.

No, 1 NFL game is a lot different than 1 NBA game.

Aren't 7 playoff teams in each conference enough?

I am a die hard Miami Heat fan and I watch and follow the NBA to the point of league pass being a yearly subscription for me despite my team being local.

And I wholeheartedly despise the play in.
Heyyyy, another bball fan!! And I 100% agree with you. I wish they would get rid of that crap

I think too many teams make it already. Same as basketball.

I realize it's good for overall interest and a money factory for the league, but it dilutes the product. AFAIC, a team that's barely .500 has no place in a tournament of, supposedly, top teams.

So the NBA regular season concluded yesterday, and if you look at both conferences….. there’s no reason why the 9th and 10th seeds deserve a chance over 7/8:

In the East the 8 seed is a below .500 team as is. In the West, you’re going to have a team that is 8+ games behind the 7/8 loser with a 1 game opportunity to make the postseason over a team that performed substantially better throughout the season. Why should, for example, a 39-43 team get a shot to get in over a 48-34 team?

That’s no bueno.

I saw a poll on Heat Twitter yesterday with thousands of votes, and over 80% of the fanbase is rooting for Chicago on Wednesday night to book our ticket to the lottery. I’m one of them. 😂

Since Football is truly the sport of "any given Sunday"....
We've seen the Titans beat the Phins
Pats beat the Bills
Broncos beat the Chiefs and Bills

Why not just have every team make the playoffs. Regular season just determines seeding.

Would be epic to see the 64th ranked team upset the #1

Now 20-1. No playoffs for you.
