Problem is the 1st rounders would be low. We could still get a pretty good LT1st Cutler 1st and a Michael Huff or Bernard Pollard Max Gilles (unlikely) a LB or CB with the 2nd.

Depends where all the picks end up. Who is there second first from?

Id ask for their 2nd round too wat the hell.. :D Actually i dont think wed be asking for too much because our 1st will be high and at least 1 of their 1st will be really low.

Nope i don't think so. Both picks are going to be wayyyy to high. I'd rather just stay 3-8 range and pick up Ngota or a franchise qb depending on if Brady Quinn declares. It all depends on who's on the board, what else they are offering besides the firsts and who we picked up in free agency. Would be to hard to say now but if i had to choose right now i'd say no.

Nope, I don't have the chart but I remember the 7th and 18th not being of equal value to the 2nd pick last year, so I don't see how that could equal out.

If they offered I probably would think about it but I just dont see them doing that. Who would they be that desprete to trade up for? The wr's in this draft arnt that strong, there D line is good, they have good young corners and their qb in Plumer. They have proven they dont need to draft runing backs high either. I would be shocked if they traded those picks to move up.

They also do not have a 3rd and a 5th or something like that for cheating to win the superbowl i think.

Redskins higher than the broncos' but not too high either.

I know I'd take 2 fer 1. Saban still has the advantage of knowing the draft class well enough to make those picks count.

It depends on far too many factors to say for sure at this point, but I would be supportive of such a trade as long as the deal came close to being a decent value. Trading away the #2 for those picks would be insane -- the Broncos would have to throw in their 2007 first rounder and possibly other picks. Trading away the #10 pick for them would make a great deal of sense. I should mention that I'm assuming the picks would be around #18 and around #26.

What I am willing to say is that all things being equal, Miami is in a position where two solid eventual starters at the right positions would make more sense than one even better day one starter does.

And as mentioned previously Saban still has a good knowledge of players in this draft. If we are 10-12 an they are 18 and 26, throw in a 4th or 5th and you have a deal.

From the looks of it, that will be around late teens and late 20's. If we have a top 5 pick, I would say no to that.

NO way. The Broncos pick is basically going to be a 2nd round, like 28th or higher. The Skins probaly like 15 or so. Thats not a good deal at all.

Like the others have said, it all depends on our draft position. I believe Denver would love to trade up and get Ngata, and if we are at about the 9-12 range, I say we do it. I think it would still be possible to get either an OT, WR, QB or CB at those two spots, depending on who comes out.
