Would you trade Tua for Kyler Murray?

Murray has always been a horrible “leader”. Always blaming, sulking, and poor energy.

And with all of that, it still wouldn’t make sense for the Cards. We would need to include money and draft picks for them to make that trade, that’s how stupid it would be for them to take on Tua… Murray is horrible; contract and player and example. And still, you take him and his contract over Tua and his every day of the week. Bad deal for AZ.

we are gonna get flooded with terrible threads this offseason.

Maybe they each need a change of scenery.

They would each be a one year rental for their new teams.

We could get out of Murray's deal after 2026 just like the Cardinals could get out of Tua's deal after 2026.

I have seen enough of Tua and I think Kyler has more upside than Tua because he has mobility.

If we keep McDaniel for another year I would be intrigued to see what he could do with Kyler.
No way the cardinals do that deal. No one is trading for Tua.

At this point, keeping the status quo is what is best for us.

We're gonna suck ass in 26 regardless of what band-aids we try to apply, so we might as well just keep Tua, let him be our QB3 and roll with Ewers. We should lose enough games to get a top 5 pick in 27.

In 27 we can be rid of Tua, Hill, Chubb and even Waddle without taking a major dead money hit and will have a ton of money available to spend. Use the 26 draft on OL and CB, draft your QB in 27 and use that newfound money to fill in the blanks.

I get that the fan in all of us wants to compete next year but it's just not gonna happen. Any attempt to 'improve' the team for 26 is just going to hurt us long term.

We wouldn't be 'tanking', rather just keeping the status quo. For one year. We've waited this long for a good team, what's another year?

As long as the money part makes sense, cutting Tua and still paying him is worse than trading Tua for any player that might actually have a chance to play even one single down for Miami, whether it be Kyler Murray or a backup punter.

I would only because Kylars contract is easier to get out of. So it would be a cap management move and nothing more. I would not make the trade thinking were getting a new franchise QB.

I don't see Miami paying Tua $90 million to hold a clipboard; it's a much worse look than getting rid of him. It would be a constant reminder for the staff, fans, and media about what a gigantic waste of money Tua was.

Not to mention the fact that Tua is still very likely a better NFL QB than Ewers. Can you imagine the circus if QB1 and QB2 are hurt and Tua actually has to come in mid-season and plays better than QB1 and QB2? There's no way they could bring Tua into a game at this point without it being a gigantic embarrassment to the organization, and if that's the case, Miami has to cut or trade him.

Exactly. It wouldn't even matter if Murray, or anyone like him, even played. The net positive would be purging Tua, and anything else on top of that would be a bonus. Even a warm practice body.

They run the risk of a continued $$$ ****ing in 27 if he hurts himself doing anything. Reduce risk, cut
