Head coach material? No. Offensive coordinator? Probably not. But he's a good dude who has stuck with this team, through regimes, and honestly I feel like the dude would be happy to go back to coaching the tight ends and knowing that he helped us realize some things this season- we have potential. We have to play tough and also not be mentally weak. He wants to establish a winning culture and be a part of it.

what do you guys think? Tight ends coach / motivator Dan Campbell?!

maybe I'm just drunk with joy. And beer.

No! I would tell everyone in the building to GTFO and start from scratch...

No. Would be worried about a split in the lockerroom once things went south with a new coach. Don't see a scenario where we can keep him on staff.

yes, but if I was Campbell I would go somewhere else. You can't be in charge and accept a demotion.

Define lesser. Tight end play was bad this year, Campbell had his hands full then there was the play calling. What to we bring him back as, practice activity director? Male cheerleader? I'm not trying to pile on but what would he do?

I don't really know, but I feel that over the past few years our tight ends have been a strength, more or less. Fasano, Clay, Sims has shown flashes. Maybe not great examples. I just like the guy.. After the crap hand he's been dealt, it sucks he just has to go down with the ship

Hell yeah I would welcome back Campbell. For the lack of experience and being put in a losing position he did a great job. He the type of guy you want in your organization.

Love his enthusiasm, but no. His TEs weren't anything spectacular when he was coaching them. Wish him the best and hope that maybe one day he can come back in some capacity, but I think this team needs to clean house and start over.

Nah. Start fresh. And it's not like our TEs were world beaters when he was the TEs coach... And the players liking him is not enough reason to keep a coach.

That can also be equated to the offensive scheme.

I'd let the coach decide but they had 2 gms for a season why not 2 head coaches next year!

Don't care either way. Good guy.
