ONE loss, and everyone's acting like a 5 year old on crack. Fire Sparano? Wtf? Get rid of Davone Bess? Wtf? Donate your nuts to Sparano? Wtf? Threatening to become a Jets fan? Wtf?

the dolphins are rebuilding...and its gonna take awhile to do that. heck, even the redskins lost in the last second to the RAMS. everytime we play the Texans, they pass all over us, but lest not forget we also had 2 INTs early on.

i agree we shoulda had an LB watch the middle when Schaub ran in, in the final seconds...but guess what, we didnt. we cant rewind time. a loss is a loss, a win is a win. a true Fins fan will stick by his team no matter what.

lets not forget we are 2-3 with 11 games to go. we could go 13-3, 12-4, 10-6, 9-7, 8-8. u never know. we beat the patriots! i think they put up a good fight, and only lost by ONE. silly decisions were made, but that happens every game.


My friends....lets all look UP and show our dolphins from support and respect. for a team thats rebuilding, they NEED our support and respect. I wouldnt stop supporting and respecting this team even if the hottest girl in the world offered me sexy time in exchange for ditching the dolphins. I am forever, a Dolphins fan.
 
I Agree .....I have been a Fan Since Day One...had 4 Season Tickets for 18 Years...I Have seen the Good & Bad and have Bled a lot in the Past....But I see a Great team being made Again.......
 
To those threatening to go be a Jets fan, good riddance. We don't need garbage like you on this board. We need, and want, REAL MIAMI fans.
 
Yeah i am with you............ people are so knee jerk when it comes to football. I mean it took a herculean effort for them to beat us on the last play. We are way better last year this team would have folded up and died we didnt we fought all the way till the end i was encouraged with the effort we put forward.

Look if we win 6-8 games thats a 600-800% improvement...just because we beat two good teams doesn't make us SB contenders we have a ways to go but i still think we can win alot of games.

Just wait till next week if we beat the Ravens it will be SPARANO IS A GOD!!!! trust me we are just fine i mean i would rather be 3-2 than 2-3 but we arent 3-2 and WE ARE 2-3 lets build on that
 
It is sad to see the way some people act after losses. We lost by one point in a hard fought game. We were 1-15 last season and we have a new coaching staff and new players. We got high praise for beating the Pats and Chargers, but we then we lose and people go back to jumping off the cliff. Most people didn't even think we would have ONE win at this point.

I am not happy by the loss, but I am not going to jump off a cliff either.

I agree the team still look good. The one thing I am truly upset about is the fact that Schaub even had a chance to run it in. The secondary should not have let them get down there. That was heartbreaking to lose that game after the way the Fins fought. I put the blame on the secondary....IMO too many long balls..
 
Well, some fans will react differently after wins and losses. Everyone is just different. The stuff I cant stand is the blatant stupidity. Like blaming Sparano for losing the game because he didnt go for it on 4th and 1 (IN OUR OWN TERRITORY) no less. I'm sorry, but anyone who watched the game saw we lost the game on offense, defense and special teams. The offense couldnt sustain anything from 2nd thru the 3rd quarter, especially when we had the ball and the lead. The defense couldnt stop anything, though the TOs were big...they still didnt make stops. And the special teams was bad as well. I just cant blame it ALL on the defense or ALL on the offense. You win as a team, you lose as a team.
 
Listen I am very disappointed about the loss. But we are not good enough to close games out yet. We are much improved. I would of signed for 2-3 at this point. Calm down. Next up Baltimore.
 
Losing by 1 with 3 seconds to play hurts worse than getting killed by the Cardinals. This loss is hard to take given the fact that we had no hope last year and this year we beat 2 good teams then lose to the winless Texans on basically the last play of the game.
 
Whoever said they were threatening to be a jets fan should take their tired *** out of here and never come back. I bleed aqau and orange and will never stop being a true fan. Do I get mad, say stupid thing, yeah, but you'll never hear me saying I'd be a jet, bills, patriots, Indy, Steelers, etc. fan. I will never give up on my team, never! Problem is that we have so many transplants here that are fair-weather fans. I doubt many of you who were born and raised here like me would ever turn you're backs on this organization!
 
Dude we are not good enough yet. Yea it hurts, but we just arent on that level yet. We will be. We played tough football today but came up short.

exactly, had our running game and play calling been better we would have won this game. On the flip side, had our secondary not made their WR's look like a team of Randy Moss's, we would've won. Had the special teams not given up a touchdown and awful field position all game, we would've won. Had they all done their jobs, it would've looked like last week. Any team is scary when they are firing on all cylinders, good teams will make up for what they lack in one phase with another. Today none of our 3 phases made up for eachother and we lost. Plain and simple.
 
Hopefully this is a turning point. Its hilarious how quickly people's attitudes change around here. They go to 2 completely different points
