WR Anthony Armstrong?

What do you guys think about Armstrong remember he made our 53 man roster,When we picked up Brandon London off waivers we cut him. And
put him on are practice squad hes got good speed runs 4.2 40 only
question is why was he not elevated from the P.S when Camarillo got
hurt. Maybe he's a bit raw. What do you guys think.

Basically he was one of several players all trying to be #3....basically, we ended up filling his need with Bess. He may remain on the practice squad, but I don't see much ever coming from him.

He's a keeper for the PS I can tell you that, he dominated in the Arena Football League for the Dallas Desperados, he was lightning quick, can cut on a dime, great hands, the only thing I saw that may stop him from contributing at the next level is size, so if he uses this time to bulk up and refine his game he'll be worth something in a year or two.


He got alot of praise once he signed with Mia too, so I think he can play at this level, if you drop him someone will definately pick him up and give him a shot...Depth chart looks a little crowded this year for him to make the 53 though barring injury.

Is better than Ernest Wilford. Then again, so is everybody else.

He's raw and pretty skinny too. About all he has is speed.

If we were to trade Ginn, I think we would get about the same receiving production from Armstrong, but Ginn is a better runner.

He had EXCELLENT chemistry with Henne in the preseason... They really gelled and quick... His skills may overlap a little with Ginn and he is undersized but I saw a real fearlessness, sure hands and fire... i don't think we have heard the last of him just yet...
