Whether we keep Wallace or not, Hartline and Gibson are gone and as good as Landry is he has several limitations and has likely maxed out as a #3. Is WR the consensus on the 1st? Who would you rather have? I like Parker better since he is clearly more polished.
 
While not popular, I would also consider defense and O-line with the first pick. We actually need more help in those areas. I'm looking at Free agency to also deal with the O-line.
 
We have needs everywhere. I dont think they will cut both hartline and gibson but def possible. Defense and oline has much bigger holes to fill in first rnd.
 
The Best OG in College --- make the OL
Albert , Turner , Pouncey, 1st , James -- the 2nd tier - Satale - Fox - Thomas - rookie - normally 9 OL make team.
They need to stop the Zone blocking and get back to the MAN vs MAN power football.

If you seriously believe that Landry is "maxed out" with his 9 yard average per catch, we have a problem, as Bess was better. No way is this the case. He will be much better this year.
 
No way to speculate on who we draft first until free agency plays out. In a dream world you fill all your major holes first, then draft by best available. That being said, I hope we end up with an electrifying wr one way or another :)
 
I would like to see the team solve one offensive guard spot in free agency (Franklin), and a defensive tackle as well (Williams). I'd let both Hartline and Gibson go and draft either Kevin White or DaVante Parker in R1. The team could build defense the rest of the draft.
 
although I really want a big target for Tannehill, even with Wallace gone we can make what we have or can have with minimum investment work. We can't short change the oline and defense though. They are historically bad.

My perfect scenario is we trade Wallace for Gordon some how, Then use our first two picks on oline and dline, and pick up a startin CB along the way.
 
You have to play the market. This years FA class is littered with run stopping DTs. I'd take one of Raji, Fairley or Cody at NT and Odrick. Mitchell subs in at NT on passing downs and Johnson backs up Odrick.

Guard is a position that can be addressed in free agency and the price will be within reason. Get a proven player by using the money we save cutting Ellerbe.

Gotta draft a playmaker.
 
WR is best value where we pick.
 
Landry is maxed out in the role he can play, not production wise. He is a nice #3.
