There will be a bunch of alpha dogs in the WR room this season.

Landry (the leader)
DeVante (the silent confident one, lets his elite play speak for itself)
Stills (swag)

Now add in Carroo and Jakeem Grant.

Check out Carroo: this guy is very confident and alpha, reminds me of Landry in some ways:

Grant has a Napolean Complex. Massive chip on his shoulder:

That room will be brimming with confidence

That first video was an amazing story. Damn

Carroo seems to have the work ethic of Landry. I feel like they will hit it off well

Parker gotta become the star and boss.

I think he will become a star, but I don't think he will ever become the leader of that unit as long as Landry is here. DeVante just doesn't have the personality to outshine Landry as leader, and that's fine. DeVante reminds me more of a guy like Calvin Johnson or Andre Johnson. They were the unquestioned stars, but very reserved and liked to stay out of the limelight.

Man, I wanted miami to get Daniel Braverman with their last pick. Bears took him right before Miami's last pick.

Yeah, not sure where being a leader became a requirement of being a star. Producing on the field is more valuable leadership than having a loud mouth.

I get the same feeling as you do. As long as Parker performs on the field, then great. You DON'T want to end up in a situation where you have guys constantly bickering trying to out-alpha each other.

And as much as I love Landry I hope coaches settle him down just a tad as his temper caused him to draw a couple stupid penalties and at least one locker room altercation if I recall correctly. I get it as I'm a hothead/alpha meathead too (well recovering), but to be an effective leader you can't let little **** get to you and throw you off. I guarantee defensive backs will be ****ing with his buddy ODB ALL year (especially a certain FA that just signed with the rival Redskins) to see if they can get him to take himself out of the game, Landry needs to steer clear of this type of junk before it becomes a regular pattern of behavior.

Oh yeah it's going to be an awesome mix. If there's one thing about WRs they don't really care about getting the ball. I'm sure they'll just be happy to be part of it all. Also alphas love to co-exist with each other. There's no possibility for things to go wrong there. Look, overloading a position with young players is going to be bad for their development. Stills probably won't be here much longer. I'm even starting to doubt we'll re-sign Landry when the time comes.

Love how Carroo just casually tosses the ball to the referee after scoring TDs...acts as if he has been there before and is just the norm.

Looks like a high character kid. Nice addition.

Personally, not seeing the similarity in personality to Landry as referenced, they appear to have a different demeanor on the field.

Good thoughts from OP. That room will have some fire in it. Fun group for Gase I bet.

Can say that I think we have a great WR group and they are so young, that's the best part. God 2012 makes me wanna puke.

Grant, "I'll just hand your ankles back to you at the end of the day"...
