you do realize that the Owusu kid who caught a TD in our first game didn't have more than 1 TD in a season and failed to record 200 yards in a season during his entire 4-year college career?
 
Camp body, need depth at WR so our CBs can get work they require. Oh and the team loves to bring in celebrities, makes one hell of an awesome man cave for sure with all the people who have come to Davie lately lol!

Yup- we have 5 WR's banged up - someone has to line up to practice...
 
Just a question at random for those that may know, when teams make moves like this and sign a camp body for practice/maybe a preseason game, they earn a check correct? I know game wise would, but camp do they? If so, any idea what general salary might be for a week's worth of camp?

Yes, they are paid, but it’s a pittance compared to regular season salaries.

Per league rules, a first-year NFL player receives a weekly rate of $1,000 during training camp. Veterans (more than 1-year NFL experience) receive $1,800 per week. All players have their room & board covered by the team, so there are no expenses for the players, including meals, housing, and transportation (when traveling with the team, including the team charter to-and-from camp).

Next year the weekly rate will skyrocket (tongue planted firmly in cheek) to $1,075 per week for 1st-year players and $1,900 for veterans.

For the rookies who are fresh out of college and trying to make an NFL roster, a total of $3,000 for three weeks in sunny Oxnard, California may seem like pretty good money, especially when all their expenses are covered. But if these young guys can make the 53-man roster, they will see their weekly rates go up markedly.

Everyone's getting injured because the NFL is becoming soft and lazy and not staying in shape and doing rough stuff in the offseason. They're so lazy they don't even stand for the national anthem.
