I think we will get a big problem on the receveier position. Wes Welker was a great slotreceiver (now he is in NE). Chris Chambers can only make big catches (that is good) but then dropps the easy ones (bad).
So Marty Booker is the best man we have and is getting older and slower every day.:tantrum:

OK, your point is ? I think that's a fact we all realize and agree with (except for a few delusional guys that think Chambers will carry the team). Bigger problem we have right now is that whoever our QB is, will be on his back before he ever finds an open WR, due to our weak OL. We had 3 problems last year. No line to give the QB time to look for an open WR (until they started to gel a little); No QB that could throw them the ball accurately; and 3 very few WR's who could get open fast enough to be thrown the ball and then catch it. So far this year we haven't done anything to improve any of those 3 things. I'm hoping for most of that to be addressed via the draft, but I don't think all three will be. Not at least in one year.

When we are in a 3 reciever set it should be Booker and Hagan on the outsides and Chambers in the slot from now on. Chambers has shown that he is very affective when playing out of the slot position, other times I think he is good enough to play reciever. When we can use him in the slot though that is where he needs to be. I still think our recievers were hampered by two things. One a bad O-Line and two bad systems. We get there guys running some different routes and more time to run them they will be better recievers than in the past. Just MPO.
