Wright Speaks About First Week

I thought he lost all respect for the Vets in the LR?

A big thumbs down to all you Nostradamus's in the house. You know who you are.

Thanks Nubs.

Yeah, they DEFINITELY know who they are.

“They put some tissue in my locker," Wright said about the team's veterans

Awwwwwe.......:rofl3:

The people the crucified Wright for crying need to get a life. So none of you acted immaturely as a young man? He's a little immature and needs to get stronger, but he's still just a kid. He will grow, both physically and emotionally and will be a good player for us.

you could look at the tissue in his locker and think it was done mean spirited, and hey it may have been. But I'm thinkin it was done by a vet(s) to let him see the funny side of it like a slap on the back and sayin..''ok, now let's go to work''. This young guy may turn out to be a real force in the d-line as a run stopper if he's so emotional that a chewing gets him going. heres for hopin, go phins!

i never really cared much about the incident - it's in the past - i'm more concerned about right now and how he responds to it - the tissue in his locker is a great joke and pretty f'en funny :chuckle: - i just hope he thought so too...

I read somewhere I think it was his dad that said once he gets to tears, you pretty much better get out of his way it is kind of a motivating thing for him. Lets hope that ripping was the kick in the pants he needed.

Yeah they just showed the interview with Wright on Channel 7 news and he said it with a grin...he didn't take it seriously.

Jokes&Pranks build comradery in the Locker room.

Im sure Wright got a good chuckle out of it..

Where is the picture of the guy strapped to the goal post with some rediculously stupid half shaven head. I think it was rookie hazing a few years ago.

Very encouraging.
This incident could be the kind of thing that forms a special bond between Wright and Saban. If so, look out!
I really like how he handled this. :)

Yeah, the danger of him "going into a shell" has passed. He'll be alright. Did you guys read that part about this being the first time he's been away from home? I bet it was freaking his crap out. He'll be alright.
