The national media long ago chose to ignore a critical part of journalism ethics, that being naming all sources.
All this "sources said this" and "sources said that" have turned it into a **** show.
At the local level, we're never allowed to use a source that wants to remain anonymous. It's not even up for debate, it's a firm hell no.

everyone just rushes into things just to be first... without caring if its actually true.
this is just ridiculous how F'ed up this situation got. this is some of the worst reporting i have seen. especially when the Browns themselves said they were confused because they didnt even here back from Cameron after putting out their offer.
i dont care if i know information first, i just want to know the truth
so hard to have those reliable sources now a days... frustrating and ridiculous

Its just the media trying (unsuccessfully IMO) to be clever.
This is why I was worried about the Suh deal until he put pen to paper. You just never know for sure.
