This o-line is based on continuity, Wynn will serve as a great option should injury hit again. Counting on a guy who may/may not have fully recovered from a "thigh-plus" injury suffered a year ago as a savior is fool's gold. Would love to see him back, there's a close to zero percent chance he's getting inserted as a starter unless there's an injury. Rob Jones has been more than serviceable.

Not sure why everyone thinks he’s good because he played well for two weeks last year.

agreed. Surely he's a better backup option than say, Lester Cotton

and has played OT before, could serve as a backup there in a pinch

I like the arguments for continuity. The fewer lineup changes the OL has, the better it usually is - for any team. Wynn is a good player and I’m eager for him to come back as he’ll he needed for depth at the very least.

Look, we have him if there is an injury which is important, and if either Jones or Eichenberg struggles, you could throw him in for a few snaps to see how he does.

nor should he......I mean, how long before he gets hurt again anyway

Jones has been up and down this season, but he's trending in the right direction. Rough start to the season.

Eich is Eich and the most likely to see the bench between the two of them.

He was always gonna need time before seeing action again.

He was the weakest starter last year but he’s still better than both starting guards this year.
when healthy the other starters were Armstead, Williams, Hunt and Jackson. so I agree he was the weakest starter last year, but he was still more than solid, and much much much better than Robert Jones or Liam Eichenberg. I was hoping when they activated him he would be game ready, but if that still takes some time i'm fine with it. but no way is he on the bench if he is ready to play 60 minutes all out.
