Also, has he's hit his ceiling? Or will he improve?

EDIT: Didn't realize there was a 10 minute time limit to creating the poll. I had to step away and it took me too long to create.
Anyway, these were going to be the options:

Where is he now and has he hit his ceiling?
- Top 10 - LIKELY to Improve
- Top 10 - NOT LIKELY to Improve
- Top 15 - LIKELY to Improve
- Top 15 - NOT LIKELY to Improve
- Top 20 - LIKELY to Improve
- Top 20 - NOT LIKELY to Improve
- Top 25 - LIKELY to Improve
- Top 25 - NOT LIKELY to Improve
- He Just Sucks

As long as his stats keep improving there is no reason to think he has hit his ceiling. I think he has even more improvement coming.

He is clearly on the cusp of ten....and most definitely will keep improving as he has all 3 years.

Only ignorant viewers would assess him as a finished product...especially with the gaping holes in his O-line....particullary after his left tackle went down.

139 sacks in 3 years.....and yet he still is nearly top ten....if they fix his surrounding cast....the sky is the limit.

He seems to do a lot well. I was happy he ran more this season that's for sure. I he's comfortable with his -20 throws, then by all means he needs to wrok on his deep pass this offseason. I mean either get this man some help, or he pays for a specialist in the field of deep throws. He has to do something about this. Since the first offseason with him and Wallace I was one who questioned the clear misses they had together. I was told to be patient. Alas, he we are. Patience is gone. Use the time to fix going deep Ryan. Figure it out.
As far as the poll w/o a poll I'd say he is top 15 (As stats show) likely to improve.

YPA and Sacks stand out to me. Obviously this isn't all 100% on Tannehill, but there needs to be serious improvement here or else more of the same mediocrity.

His sack rate really isn't particularly out of the ordinary for a quarterback with his skill set or experience, I'm not gonna flip out about that.

YPA is highly variable by scheme and other factors, but I agree that you want to see it bump above 7.

Brady's YPA didn't go above 7 until his 4th year, so here's hoping!

For last 3/4 of this season I believe his YPA is over 7 yds.

Yes, it jumped over 2 full yards after the first 3 games, when it was just absolutely awful. It was about where you'd want it to be in terms of his progress over the back half of the season.

However, if we are moving on from Mike Wallace, expect it to drop back down some next season. We will have nobody to clear space for that underneath stuff. Remember, scheme matters a lot. If you want specific examples of how one quarterback's YPA can change drastically depending on the coaching and team around him, I can provide it, but I would just say this: the Denver Broncos under Mike Shanahan + Gary Kubiak. Check out what guys like Griese, Plummer and even Elway did under them, compared to what they did elsewhere.

Since we have until June 1st, I really don't think we will let Wallace go until we KNOW we have a legitimate replacement for him.

He has a three million dollar bonus due in March, I believe.

It's an ugly situation. However, it is a situation that the player has created. I am not going to say that Mike Wallace is becoming the next Terrell Owens, but there are similarities there. T.O. was a much better player than Wallace, and even he eventually found himself blacklisted despite the fact that he had a couple of years left in the tank. I'm not saying MW is going to be blacklisted, but there's no question that Pittsburgh changed their mind about him after 2012 and we are quickly building a lot of buyer's remorse.
