This guy is a beast, he gets 2 starts in a row and does nothing but make plays. He is great in pass coverage, he's a good tackler and an excellent blitzer. Why this guy hasn't been starting since day one is the biggest mystery of the century outside of who killed Nicole Brown... His on field demeanor/leadership and all around abilities remind me of Brian Dawkins. I can't even describe the difference in the pass defense since he began playing more, it's like night and day. Hopefully he stays healthy and plays well like this for years to come.

I've been a fan of his for some time now. He always seemed to impress me with the little oppertunity he received. I hope he turns into something great, only time will tell.

Yeah, me too. It puzzled over the last couple years when the coaches weren't playing him, because he always seemed to make a play with the little time he was given. I just figured he must have been messing up in practice since he wasn't getting the kind of playing time I thought he should get.

I figure it to be politics..

He is the bomb i love that guy not like that but have u ever notice how big of arms he has and i might get his jerzy to go along with my taylor, chambers , brown and culpeper oh ya and marino lol

It's funny what we're all seeing in the guy. You guys see Brian Dawkins and I see Troy Polamalu.

Either way when he and Jason Allen are standing next to each other, we could easily have the rangiest secondary unit in the league.

I think you guys are giving him too much credit too soon. He has walked onto the field and performed very well... I must say he has turned into one of my favorite players this year... but we have to wait for consistency. I hope he continues his stellar work and we can one day call him a defensive captain.

CK..I heard comments by the announcers about Yeramiah not being a good run stopper, yet, he led the team in tackles last game... Was/is there anything to this? I think he is doing just fine, what am I missing?

From my spot on the field it sure looked like he was all over Larry Johnson like white on rice. I don't know what we're missing here, but I've yet to watch the tv telecast so my perspective was just from the field.

he has problem with angles.

An example of that is the play where Zach Thomas stops Larry Johnson and Y. Bell actually runs behind Zach Thomas and accidently blocks him.

Ahh yes, he did that last year and did it some in the preseason too. There's a cost when you play 100 mph like that.

yea, he has a little trouble in the run game. absolutely great in pass coverage though.

you didn't record the game... man, first thing I did when I got home was rewatch it.

I felt the same way...what I was watching did NOT jive with what they were saying

can hardly wait for Jason Allen to come around and start playing fast...we just might have some killer safties before it is all over.
