Bell is a Top 5 SS.

Eric Weddle beat out Bell in tackles last season, but Bell was number three.

Safeties with lots of tackles doesn't necessarily mean they're great - it says more about the D letting runners get to the safety level. That being said, they're both good safeties, but not because they had lots of tackles IMHO.

I'm not sayin', just sayin'......
