Fins have little cap space left in 2003. Less than $500,000 by my numbers. That's not to say they couldn't restructure someone if they wanted to add Kevin Johnson.

BTW: It appears that KJ has already been contacted by the Bills, among other teams. I bet he ends up in Philly
