There has got to be talent in fa and practice squad units that is better than some of our oline. Thomas and Turner need to be cut ASAP after their play today, along with Tbaumm who is responsible with building the team. They got bull rushed all day and didn't seem to care the least bit. Why are they on this team still.

We should start training Pouncey for LG. Let Steen play center. Tunsil to LT for these situations (obviously today that wasn't happening) but pouncey, even being bad in the past at RG, HAS to be better than Thomas/Turner

Yet oddly enough a good amount of these "trash" players exit this pitiful organization to have successful careers elsewhere and most often than not come back to haunt us. Good FO make proper decisions and good coaches make an impact.

We have had crap coaches who don't know how to develop talent for many years, from the head coach all the way to the strength and conditioning guys.
