and pathetic. Lay your optimism on one hand and crap in the other and see which one gets filled first. Optimism follows results of which Culpepper has produced NONE. I read post after post of your feeble squabbling for a quarterback who for the better part of the game was trying to convince himself to take shots down field. His eyes so widely bewildered it looked as someone had taught a puppy dog to throw a football, or try anyways.
You attacked my last post like I wasn't thrilled that Culpepper had come to us like a knight upon a glorious white steed, like I hadn't bowed my head to the heavens a hundred times a day for finally bringing us a quarterback with the ability to earn a title. But guess what... THIS IS REALITY SO WAKE THE HELL UP! Were the two interceptions at Pitt even close to a reception, even have an iota of smart behind it? Or was it desperation? How about the drive ending debacle on Sunday in the red-zone? No... no... your right, that was the offensive line. Vernon Carey snuck up on Culpepper as he was rolling out on his walker and scared him at the last moment. Sort of as a joke you know? Pretty funny. Or it might have been a strategic move by Murlarkey- "Hey guys, why don't we have Pepper roll out in a panic and just gift wrap the ball for the defense. This way we will appear weak and disoriented. Then and only then shall we pounce. We might need to lose 2-8 games first though, just as a precausion." Let me ask you this Culpepper defenders, since you are so proud of your honor in standing by your QB, did the NFL make it illegal this year for a QB to throw the ball away? Or do you think Culpepper just likes the company of defensive linemen since he seems all alone in a Zoloft daze? You guys make me laugh man, seriously, thank you. And ofcourse Pepper will get better, he has no where to go but up. Another check down and he'll be hitting Saban on the sidelines. Ofcourse, that too is an upgrade from a 12 yard loss sack. (Banned? It'd be an honor.)
