All the Texans had to do to get the #1 pick was not convert a two point conversion.

Pretty good chance now that the Bears trade the first pick out and the Texans end up with the second quarterback they prefer. Of course who knows how it ends up working out….could be for the best.

Bears would be well off giving Fields the Rosen treatment and drafting a guy who can actually pass for more yards than he can run, but he's got half the fanbase in love with him cause they don't that a QB who us unable to get a pass off on schedule is always gonna make his line and receivers worse than they are.

He's definitely a talented runner and there's a reason why guys like that often become wide receivers.

They should make Fields a RB and draft a QB with the first pick in the draft. Their fans would be happy because Fields is still on the team and the Bears would upgrade their RB position and their QB position.
