if we had even a MARGINAL QB, we'd be a contender in the AFC East. I mean look at the defense, RBs, WRs, TE etc.

Marginal QB and we win 10-12 games.

Well there is a little matter of the OL gelling too.
 
maybe someone will finally admit that we cut a decent QB this offseason and kept a BUM!!!! Feidler only won 29 games over the course of 3 years. This WILL come back to haunt us (maybe twice a year!)
 
I don't know whats going to happen to the boys, but I know I have over 16 different dolphins jerseys, and I will continue to show my support no matter how badly we get stomped, I don't think I'm alone in this, I think last year helped us all prepare for the worst this year.

Have you forgotten things so fast my friend. Feidler is far from a decent qb he threw just as many stupid throws as Feeley and just as many INTs. The difference we gave him season after season to try and improve and it never happened. Not to mention he was hurt at least half a season every season. Feeley hasnt even been given a chance to show us what he could do. He has been under the pressure of being pulled at the first mistake plus he hasnt had any blocking. Not saying he is the answer at QB but just that Fiedler is not a decent qb and AJ may not be a bum
 
Personnally I think they are both probaly bums but i havent seen enough of AJ to make that conclusion and I saw Jay over and over and over again
 
Hey Brad528 I'll admit that the number of bad throws were equal, but I dont think that anyone will dispute the fact that the team has NEVER known a QB (including Marino) that was a tougher SOB. I'm not saying that the talent level was even close to similar, all I'm saying is that Jay proved year after year that he could lead our team to victory 9-10 times a game.
AJ is consistantly limping because he has a bruised arse, what can we expect from him over the course of a season.

Even if you had a marginal Qb, you would be at the bottom of the division. Your o-line has shown very little. Your running game is as good as the o-line can carry them, which isn't far. The secondary is clueless at times. Looked bad last night against the run.

It looks like that we are gonna have to wait until next year. We should be a playoff team next year, since Saban won't have much growing pains in the NFL and with the players knowing more about the offense and defense.
 
i think Feeley is worse than Fiedler

i say this because Feeley has all the physical tools and cant get the job done

feidler got the most out his weak arm and he was a tough s.o.b.

You are right, but really Feidler had to go. the fans were done with him and the fans had to know change was happening. There were solid dolfans starting to not be fans anymore. The coach and QB had to go.
 
yes, they all suck. we know what is coming. lots of potential. flashes of what could happen, particulary in the ground game. o- line will improve. defense will be solid. but it will all put an even more glaring and white hot light on the qb. especially when weve been fighting for 4 qtrs very hard looks like we got a chance to win, but aj or gus will throw for a reverse 6 and we will lose. thus increasing the attention to the college qbs. you dont think linehan saban and muller especially arent already looking at draft picks for the 06 draft. most definately they are. randy is probably watching game film all day and into the night. scott is probably right there with him when his work with the o is done for the day. scott is telling randy and saban exactly what he needs in a qb. coach hud is also making sure they know he needs an lineman or 2 as well. just relax. we know our qbs are gonna kill us this year so lets sit back and enjoy what might be the beggining of the most dominant backfield in football in a many a year.lets watch the defense and see them progress. ripping aparoffenses sometimes and giving up tds on others cause they are still learning the system. im gonna say it now. crucify if you want. the 2006 draft will be possibaly the best in team history. muller can spot talent as well as anybody and better than most. saban aint to shabby either. just look at the draft we just had. compared to the sad shape we were in at last years end.
