Best Case: Zach Martin OT, Notre Dame[/h] For the past few months this has been the popular choice for the Fins, not only is it the popular pick, it is the best case for a team still looking to beef up the offensive line. The Notre Dame offensive lineman could come in day 1 and start opposite new addition Branden Albert and possibly be his heir apparent on the left side. Martin is one of the most polished lineman in the draft and has the ability to play multiple spots along the line. The very worst scenario for Martin is he struggles at tackle and he slides inside to become a dominant guard, something the Dolphins also need.

Chance Martin is on the board?: 45%

Worst Case: Morgan Moses OT, Virginia[/h] Moses isn’t worthy of the 19th pick overall but at this point he might be the best tackle on the board. The 6’6, 325 lb offensive tackle is an athletic big man who projects most likely at right tackle in the NFL. It is clear the Dolphins will need to improve the offensive line early in the draft which COULD force them to pull ar reach like Moses at 19.

Chance Moses is on the board?: 90%

Best case would be to draft Eric Ebron at #19, but not sure that's realistic. My best case realistically is to drop back 5 to 8 spots draft a starter at LB, CB, S or WR and pick up a second or third round pick.

Worst case would be to draft Moses at #19.

Best case: a top OT is on the board

Worst case: Miami moves UP to get one of them

Best Case: Ebron falls to 19 and the dolphins select him

Worst case: we draft moses at 19

Isn't ASJ better than eric Ebron ? I feel a 6-6 athletic would complement Charles Clay better. EE is not that better than CC...(oh no I didn't just say that, right)

Best case- A player with higher than a #19 value drops.

Worst case- All the players we have talked about are gone, and because of the draft depth, no one wants to trade up to #19. The more I see and hear, this is looking likely.

Best care @19: Martin or best O-line available including Moses or Su'a Filo

Worst Case @19: reaching for any position other than OL, such as Shazier at LB (too early at 19 when we already have guys who can play LB), Also a WR or DE would be another worst case

IF, for any reason, Hickey takes Moses and tries to justify it by saying he was the BPA on the Phins board, he loses respect and credibility.

Best case is Martin is still there, because he plays two positions of need.

Worst case is we pick up some D lineman.

In between that, which is both good and bad, is trading down. That means no premium player fell to 19, but we pick up a quality player later, and then an extra pick to secure a RB or TE we wouldn't otherwise get.

Best Case: Some other team decides to trade their entire draft to us for our pick at 19, Hickey turns out to be the second coming of Joe Thomas, we fix all our positions of need and win the Super Bowl.

Worse Case: The Len Bias scenario.

Best case: Draft Ebron in the 1st round, OG and OT in the 2nd and 3rd, MLB in the 4th, RB in the 5th round, Safety in the 6th, O-line depth in the 7th round (The order we draft each position doesn't matter as long as we address all the positions we need to improve)

Worst case: We draft Ted Ginn and his family or we trade up to draft Daniel Thomas.

Funny how everybody has such a hard on for Eric Ebron. I think he has high bust potential.

Best case for me is that we either get a great BPA that falls (a top 12-14 pick, any position), or we trade down for extra day two picks. I really like our chances if we stockpile picks. In scenario one, suppose Lewan, Donald, Clinton-Dix, Ebron, or someone of that ilk drops. Gotta stay fluid. After all, Randy Moss once famously fell to 20. Stuff happens. In scenario two. drop down and get an extra two, and an extra 3, maybe trade down again, pick up an extra 4, and go to town. Get that back like West from Towson in there. Get that backer like Skov and/or Van Noy. Get that right tackle like James. Get that returner like the kid from Kent State or De'Anthony Thomas. And a guard. I mean get them all because you've traded down enough.

Worst case is reaching for a pedestrian athlete at 19 just to satisfy a routine need.
