O.K. Dolphin fans....we all know that the Dolphins had/have certain weakness's from last year....taking away the QB and RB from the wanted list....whats the obvious choice? Whats the one type of player that Saban has been quiet about during this period of combine and pro-days. Even with a signing here and there...are any of you satisfied with them? Here's a hint....he's a quarterbacks best friend...and he makes running backs happy also. O.K....Yes...he's a left tackle....have we improved since last year? I don't think so....and I'm wondering if Saban really thinks so. Do any of you have faith in either Carey or McDougle...being able to become even a decent left tackle? Would any of you be surprised if after trading down....Saban selects a left tackle...I wouldn't. If Saban trades down on draft day and trades down into the 15-20 pick range...I expect it.

LB/DE Shawne Merriman

Budd...I would love the Dolphins to draft Merriman....but it still leaves a gaping hole on the O-line.

Yeah our O-line 1st rounder last year would definitely give me pause about doing it again! I say we let HH work with what we have

LTDan...HH Can work miracles....but he can't make gold out of manure.

McDougle is a RT that is what he'll play. McIntosh is the LT. yes IMO he can be very good if he just gets over his False start problem. of course that is what Hudson Houck is here for. I'm more worried about the C position than i am the T posistion.

Well here is some dish on the 2nd half of the 1st round where you look to go. Lots of manure is all I see. I will disagree with you fishy on what HH can do with our current stable of guys and leave it at that. He worked miracles with SD so why not.

You have alot more faith in the Dolphin O-line...than I do....even with HH. I haven't seen anyone on the roster who has the footspeed to play against quick defenders....and thats something no coach can teach....either you have it or you don't. At least Feeley has great health insurance.

Yeah, well show me where in the middle of the 1st there is someone who could come in and start without AJ's health insurance premium going up?? Robert Gallery couldn't even start at LT last year and he was #2 overall

theres no good offensive lineman to be had early in the draft

but i'd take a look at David Bass in the 2nd for sure!

Trade down

We need to trade down with the Vikings, because they want braylon and we can get Alex Barron at 7 then Thomas Davis at 18 and with their 49th in the second pick JJ Arrington. Barron is the real deal I watched him play against the likes of pass rushing specialist Darryl Blackstock of Virginia... I don't care if it is a reach we need him badly.:muck:
