Just wanted to hear others thoughts on this topic. Ricky is so inconsistent, that I have no idea if he will be playing for the Dolphins next year. If he does play though, I have no idea if he will actually be any good anymore, I mean its not like he tore up the Canadian Football League when he was healthy.

He will play, and he will suck because our OL will suck. If the OL turns around, then Ricky will light it up along with Ronnie.

i think it's time to cut ties with ricky. it was fun while it lasted, but the bloom is off the rose. we need to look ahead and build from the ground up. let ricky be some other team's problem/savior.

As much as it is the rational thing to do, the whole "savior" possibility that Ricky brings to the team sounds very enticing.

DITTO! GET RID OF HIM. FOCUS ON RELIABLE PEOPLE, NOT PROBLEMATIC LOSERS

Ricky would be a huge asset to our offense. Unfortunately, if Saban and Mularkey are still aound, they'll probably have him playing Nose Tackle because they have NO CLUE what it takes to win a freaking game in the NFL.

I think he will return for one more year and he will help contribute, but he won't be a savior because our problems aren't at RB imo.

While he may be 29-30 years of age when he comes back, he spent a good deal of time off, so he will not be as worn down as other backs his age.

Brown will take most of the load but Ricky will be a great backup, I think.

I think if he is in shape and available, let him play. We just can't count on him though, so he should in no way be part of our plans.

so does that ex-girlfriend that's a firecracker in bed, but sleeps with your buddies!

All I Know Is With Ricky We Have Had Winning Records When He Was Starting We Went On That Win Streak, I'm Not Saying He's Better Than Ronnie, But Having Them Both Is An Asset, And You Fans Who Don't Think So You Are Really Kidding Yourself, Get Over The Ricky Bias And Face It, Oh I Forgot Sammy Morris Is So Sweet As A Backup!!!!

I want ricky back. Really bad. Not because Ronnie sucks. Ronnie is a beast, don't get me wrong. I just liked having Ricky. He was a gamechanger. I think he'll be back for a full season next year. Hell, we could have 2 1,000 yard rushers.

can't argue that, it just sucks that he cannot be relied upon.

i've spent some time in canada this year and read a few articles about him,i have a big concern, ricky is now 100% vegetarian and no matter what he's going to lose serious muscle mass, don't expect big thngs from hin if he comes back
