This is no knee jerk list but I feel these three (tough to narrow it down) are doing the least to help the team. There is no need for them to take up a roster spot in the future, imo.

1) Damien Williams

2) Julius Thomas

3) Jakeem Grant

Arguably, there are a half dozen others that can be tossed around on this list but I'm interested to see what the hive thinks.

Pouncey.........**** it half the Oline
 
Thomas Williams Grant

Make pouncy a back up
Bring in punter competition
 
After tonight:

1) the entire offensive line
2) Kiko Alonso
3) the punter who's name I haven't bothered to remember because I like to pretend he doesn't exist.
 
“Punter kid” is averaging the 12th best punt per avg in the league as an inconsistent rookie. May be a biased opinion but I’d say he’s the least of the Dolphins problems.

Honestly, I’m hoping this board doesn’t have a meltdown after tonight. You don’t play Blt well, and lost to them last year in the same fashion and still played well beyond it.

If you want ANYONE gone, Suh is your guy. He’s a cancer to football.

Damien Williams I think is pouting about his contract.
The Oline I just don't know we just need to spend the money on the right Oline coach I just do not buy its just the players.
