Ok, Getsy isn't actually your 5th rated QB, he is your 7th. I don't like Troy Smith, but it is beyond me how you could rank Getsy above Smith.
 
After Russell there is a major drop off in talent and NFL projection.

Some analysts and former QB's have Quinn at 3rd rated with an estimated 2-3 development process.

Can you say Joey Harrington?

Oh please, Harrington's a Tedford QB. Don't even bother comparing him to a guy who spend most of his college career already in a pro style offense.

they only thing russell has got going for him is his strength and size. his footwrk is horrible, accuracy isnt the greatest, and his mechanics need work too.

hes more accurate than quinn, thats for sure...
