Zac Taylor: The Blind Leading The Blind?

You could say the same for almost every dolphin offensive position coach.
OL coach- no pro exp
WR coach -no pro exp

Outside of Sherman they had a shocking small amount of pro experience.
All the position coaches on offense were Sherman Hires.
Turner has been the worst of the lot.

If you look at offensive position coach versus Defensive its night and day.
Kacy Rogers and George Edwards have more years coaching in pros than all the other position coaches put together

Kacy Rodgers is fantastic and it is evident in his player development...

I would also point to Dan Campbell the TE coach...He's working with Clay Egnew and Sims and getting a good bit out of those players...He doesn't have the experience that some of the defensive coaches, but he is getting the most out of his players' ability.

I took a specific look at Turner too. Yes, he has no NFL experience however, unlike Zac Taylor learning to teach on the job anywhere, he's got plenty of varied NCAA OL coaching experience, and has delivered some good performance, so I laid off him. But now in retrospect, considering his drill sergeant demeanor (from HK) which, like Saban, might work with college kids but not resonate with highly paid adult professionals, I agree, he also looks like a fish out of water.
