So, you know how the Dolphins do it. But have you looked into all the other teams to see their reporting hierarchy? The GM reporting to the owner with everyone below the GM reporting to him does not seem unusual.

Exactly.

Beyond that, unless one had an organizational chart from all 32 teams, with commentary from the owner, it's just jibber jabber without substance.

I'm not sure this is accurate.....
 
The middle option was not there in the beginning or I would have voted there. Obviously someone had an agenda with not including the option until later, and they voted dumbass, I did not.

Yes, the poll was skewed right after the draft to say you hated Grier or loved him when most fans would likely fall more in the middle. Grier, the human, has made some great decisions and some bad ones.

I am in the genius club because I voted too soon and am on record saying he can't be a dumbass because I do not think I am and he knows a lot more about football than I do and has one of the 32 jobs that many keyboard warriors would die to have.
