Played a weird 9 yesterday. Only had one par but shot a 40. How you ask ? Two birdies and the rest boogies.
The first birdie was a par 5 I hit a really good drive and fairway wood to get about 30 feet from the green and then chipped it to within 2 feet for a give me.
The last one was the last hole a par 4 where I was just off the green after 2 shots and putted it in from long distance. Luckily I left the flag in which the ball hit hard and dropped or it would have gone at least 10 feet back the hole :)

We left early and played 18 yesterday. Played real poorly to start first 5 holes. Then finished the 9 with 4 straight bogies. Kept it going with 5 bogies to start the back 9 until i finally took another double bogie. On those last 13 holes I had 12 par putts and missed every one including the final 6 footer on 18. Just one of those bogie days. Barely broke 100 with the bad start.

Finally, Ended a birdie drought of over a year. You name it, I missed them every way possible during that time frame. Not this time.

#5 Pipestone - 250 drive down the middle, 200 hybrid to within 60 yards. Wedge to 5ft, Drain the putt!

Never good when you start your round to the tune of jenny-jenny. (867-...) Luckily I never finished that tune.

8 over after 3 holes, yikes.

Went 13 over on the next 15 holes with 5 pars and shot my best round of the year 93. It's not how you start but how you finish.

If you were looking for your Top Flite 3 that you lost off the tee of 17 at Pipestone I found it. You aren't going to like your lie.

I hate my 3 wood. Used to be one of my favorite clubs and now I can't hit it. 1) I need a new 3 wood. 2) I need to hit the range with said 3 wood.

Got to play 18 this past thurs, March 1st.. That’s like crazy crazy early for NewHampshire! Back to reality and 40 degrees all next week, but at least we had that one day! Wish I played with her :thumbsup
