First off thanks to the OP, great to see. Secondly, it amazes me how often people walk into that place blind, with no idea of value until they get a homer opinion from the places owners friend expert. Then they low ball even further. If that guy posted here i would have paid more than that without batting an eye. D these people even use the net? it's unbelievable to me.
