backup qb... if devlin enters a game in 2013 that is a FAIL

Hartline and vollmer will both command more $$$ than projected here

Thanks for all the hard work, OP! Major props for that... however!

David Garrard? Noo... not again, lol.

And we can do way better than Hartline for that money. WAY better. I would not be afraid to draft a late-round WR and easily find someone who could do what Hartline does. He's simply a mediocre talent and mediocre talent can easily be replaced.

A lotta hard work making your post, thanks! But... :-)

3.3 mill for Hartline would be a steal, I think we'll have to pay at least 6.3 to keep him.

You have a typo on Jonathan Freeney where you have him listed at 4.5 rather than .45.

No DE on the draft is not good. We need a good pass rusher and Odrick and Vernon are not. Nice work and effort tho but don't expect us to get all those guys back either. If we're going to lose again then do it with new guys.

Ozzy rules!!

You lost all credibility when you drafted tavon Austin at 12
#tedginn2.0

good list .thanks for the effort.
i like what you did for the OL.
still weak at the DE and CB spots.
DG as a back up at 1.5 might be ok not sure if he will hang them up though

Excellent job. I like everything you did except at #77. Kheeston Randall is a nice young player for us, no need to draft a DT there. If we let Tony McDaniels walk I could see us drafting a DT much later but not at 77. Frank Kearse is getting major PT for the Panthers so we tend to draft these big boys well.

Also, if Hartline accepts 3.3 I am cool with that, however, I honestly don't care if he walks. All this "chemistry with Tannehill" talk is overrated. I think Matthews can be a bigger, stronger, better YAC guy than Hartline, and he is younger and cheaper. He also has not dropped a ball and can get deep. Therefore, our WR corps would be:

1) Jennings
2) Matthews
3) Bess
4) Austin
5) Binns
6) Moore/Thigpen/Fuller (special teams guy)

I also do not think that they would like Garrard back. Time to move forward.

Thanks for the effort. I think it would be hard to re-sign all those players. I do have some difference in opinion on some of the players:

1. Hartline is above average. A solid #2 or #3. He does have some connection with Tannehill. He will cost around 5 million/year
2. I would keep Lane for another year as fullback. (He might get better and don't want to fill another hole).
3. Not too eager to bring in Garrad again. I would have to think there is another younger backup we could land to compete with Devlin. In fact, I wouldn't mind giving Devlin that backup role.
4. I would love to be that active in FA, but my gut tells me Ireland will be looking for "acorns" and not any real big names/players.
