The Raiders just can't afford to eat any more head coach contracts. This is why I believe they should sign Pierce (or another guy) to a one-year contract. I understand one-year deals are not the standard in the NFL, but I think one year deals make good sense.

Terrible decision by the Titans, as others have said he'll be nabbed by another team real quick. He's a very good coach, who dealt with a lot of injuries this season but had previously established himself.

Injuries and frustration with team management probably led to him telling the truth in Tennessee.

There has been something fundamentally wrong with The Saints for a while.

They should have walked away with that division.
