From the picture that was posted I would say they are "Authentic" Chinese knockoffs. They are stitched and look nice, but definitely not true authentic jerseys. For reference, heres the back of an authentic jersery (note the difference in the way the back is stitched together):

for any doubters: i have an authentic Marino(1999) and "ebay" Culpepper(2006). The "fakes" are well made, cheap, and I would recommend.
